Within the medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Hobart the Care Manager is responsible for the ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards and providing leadership to the healthcare team. The Responsibilities and Duties: Implementing and maintaining a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and upholding Aged Care Quality Standards. Optimising AN-ACC funding for efficient financial support. Providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, and fostering effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders. The Successful Candidate: Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration Prior experience in a similar role Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation The ability cultivate meaningful connections with residents, staff, and families.
