About the Role We're currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our team in this permanent full-time role. Reporting directly to our Regional General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our Regis's home. Our Bulimba home offers a unique opportunity for a strong, creative and dynamic leader to take ownership for positioning the home in the market as a leading aged care provider. For the right leader with robust ideas backed by proven capability, this is an exciting opportunity to drive positive outcomes for staff, residents and families whilst simultaneously fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. A day in the life as our General Manager with Regis, will see you; Ensuring the highest possible quality person-centred residential care and services are provided. Delivering optimal business outcomes. Driving accountability across the team and ensuring the home is compliant with the Aged Care accreditation standards. Driving a culture of safety leadership and fostering a continuous improvement approach across the home. Providing strong leadership, coaching and development to engage, and motivate a high-performance team, ensuring a talent pipeline. About you As a collaborative, strategic and senior member of the Operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have: 3-5 years previous experience managing residential aged care. Demonstrated commercial acumen, within a services environment. Proven hands on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership. Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team. Proven track record in financial, human and asset management. Proven ability to implement change to achieve desired results and lead service assessment, planning and implementation.
