About the Role… In these positions, you will be responsible for the below duties: Consistently create quality products in line with standard recipe cards Deliver an outstanding level of service Multitask and work under pressure without compromising quality About you… To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills & attributes: Formal Qualifications in Commercial Cookery Ability to multitask and work under pressure without compromising on quality Current Safe Food Handling Certification Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume kitchen Strong knowledge of HACCP Outstanding communication skills Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Full working rights in Australia If you have the drive and passion for creating memorable experiences and would like to join a talented team, we want to hear from you
