The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S. The Customer Success IAT Chief Architect Office is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to support strategic customer relationships, complex customer success plans and executive projects and initiatives. As a technical leader with vision, engaging with customers, partners, and the engineering community, this person is in an advantageous position to find opportunities to better serve our most strategic customers, as well as identify areas for platform improvement. Required: Ten years of experience with developing and/or deploying complex solutions on the Microsoft platform. Breadth of knowledge across industries and solution areas. Proven track record with successful delivery and execution of specific cloud projects/programs. Business acumen and effective communication skills with executive audiences. Commitment to the growth mindset exemplified by continued learning and demonstrated willingness to stay abreast of cloud advancements, including relevant cloud trends across the competitive landscape. BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience. English and Thai fluency will be a plus. Regularly evangelize Microsoft Cloud strategy and vision as an industry leader while providing technical oversight in strategic customer deployments. Engage with customers at a CTO/Chief Architect level to help shape technology strategies and architectural patterns that accelerate business outcomes. Technical advisor to Customer Success leadership team for internal initiatives related to definition, enablement and execution of delivery roles. Accelerate technically complex cloud consumption opportunities through partnership with customer, field, and engineering organizations.
