Top Tier Commercial builders Developers State & Local government Experience & skillset required? Minimum 3 years’ experience as Estimator on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3mOversee the preparation of tender submissions Gather proposals, blueprints, reviews project documentation, plans, details and specifications of project Identify labour, material, and time requirements using provided documentation Prepare and execute presentations to clients, consultants and other external stakeholders Engage in tender review with the Senior Estimator and State Manager prior to submitting any tenders Liaise with project managers during the project to obtain feedback on estimates and modify Benchmark price database accordingly Extensive experience in Civil methodology & constructability Computer skills with measuring software (Adobe, Bluebeam, Mudshark) Must have full Australian working rights for this role Desired qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Estimating or a related field experience High level of written and verbal communication skills Drivers license and WHS White Card National Police Check or be willing to obtain Working with Children Check or willing to obtain What we can offer you?
