Digital Content Coordinator

Hybrid working environment Small dynamic team Opportunity with purpose Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is the national body representing over 14,500 members in the speech pathology profession. SPA supports and regulates the ethical, clinical and professional standards of its members as well as advocating on behalf of all Australians living with communication and swallowing difficulties. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating digital content for publication on the Association's websites, corporate social media channels, and email communication platforms. As a vital member of our team, you will also assist in monitoring and posting on social media and generating digital metrics and analytics under the guidance of the Communications and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Publish and proactively maintain website content to ensure information is up-to-date. Format existing resources for consistent digital content. Assist in the delivery of email marketing campaigns and publications using the Informz email platform. Generate monthly reports on all Association digital metrics. Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative ideas for the design and development of visual content. Support the production and publication of high-quality brand-aligned multimedia assets, including videos and graphics. Maintain the Association’s image library. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate and fit for purpose. Coordinate the distribution of internal and external communications, including member newsletters and email publications. Qualifications: A degree in multimedia, graphic design, visual communication, or related field. At least 2 years experience producing video content and graphic assets Demonstrated experience using the full Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting. Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Experience working with IMIS Rise CMS, Higher Logic email, and community platforms (desirable) How to apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter addressing the requirements of the position.
