About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an educator with either a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in early childhood education to join our team full time. We are looking for someone is driven to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care for young children. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
