About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be supporting the Business Development Managers (BDMS) in expanding their broker network. You will be responsible for contributing to the organisation’s revenue and maintaining their settlement goals for the year. Being able to manage both inbound and outbound calls, and having a high broker retention rate is key in succeeding in the role. This role has become available due to an expansion of the current team. Key Responsibilities Management of inbound loan applications including review of documentation Outbound calls to brokers, to complete tasks such as accreditation and finalising deals Reporting and logging of all call activity in CRM Monitor non-relationship managed broker applications and ensure your pipeline is always full Ensure accredited brokers have been regularly contacted and have a strong relationship with the business About You The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Strong attention to detail, resilience, hardworking and authenticity are key personal attributes that are seen in the ideal candidate. The ability to have clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and being able to work in a fast-paced environment is required. This role could suit someone who has worked in a customer facing role previously, preferably with a sales support or customer service focus. The employer will take someone who has not worked in the financial services sector previously.
