Additionally, the successful applicant is responsible for the efficient and effective use of clinical, human, and material resources in Cooktown Renal and the Eastern Cape York within a dynamic health environment, based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)- Registered Nurse Standards of Practice. To be successful in this role you will have: A nurse practitioner who will be able to deliver the key responsibilities and duties as listed above, in the TCHHS. As this is a new model of care, aimed at maximising the clinical scope of all roles involved in the care of CKD and Dialysis clients in the Eastern Cape York, there will be expectation that the Nurse Practitioner will undergo Continuing Professional Development in other comorbidities and chronic diseases contributing to CKD.
