Women's and Children's Health Network, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Mallee Ward - North Adelaide 5006 Salary Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 - $121,537 to $126,970 Employment Part time 0.53 FTE - Ongoing Permanent About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Mallee Ward team as Nurse Unit Manager, where you will be responsible for: Providing the pivotal leadership and co-ordination of patient/client care delivery. Lead the Nursing team within the professional practice framework established by the Director of Nursing/Midwifery, and where appropriate, lead a multi-disciplinary team. Maintain productive working relationships and manage conflict resolution. Identifying hazards, assessing risks and implementing, monitoring and maintaining hazard control measures. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post registration experience. Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Demonstrated competence in child and adolescent mental health nursing clinical practice in accordance with the relevant standards. Demonstrated ability to assess and provide complex child and adolescent mental health care in the acute setting.
