Great opportunity available for an experienced Practice Nurse seeking 4-6 week contract Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic health service in a popular regional town of New South Wales to help them find a Practice Nurse. As the practice nurse you will be responsible for providing a wide range of healthcare services, including patient assessments, immunizations, chronic disease management, wound care, and assisting with minor procedures. Job Details Commencing September/October 2024 Up to $75 per hour AM rate plus 11.5% superannuation Monday to Friday Clinic Hours - No Weekends, No On Call Fully furnished accommodation Flights provided from within Australia Uniform provided Comprehensive agency support from our dedicated recruitment team This is a perfect opportunity if you are seeking a short term contract. Key skills required: Immunisation ECG Spirometry Wound management, dressing changes, and assisting with or performing minor surgical procedures Blood Collection/Phlebotomy - desirable but not essential Cannulation - desirable but not essential To be eligible you must: Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions A minimum of two years experience as a Practice Nurse or in Primary Health Nationally recognised vaccination certification Covid 19 vaccine modules (all) Basic Life Support (CPR) Experience working in Indigenous health and communities - desirable Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship) To find out more about this position or to receive a copy of the job description please call 02 9188 3989 or email kristycuris.com.au and a consultant will be in touch within 24 hours.
