We are continually advancing our methods and technologies to ensure legislative and WH&S requirements are adhered. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various traffic control projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, field staff, and clients to provide exceptional service and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage traffic control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and correspondence. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management. Assist in the preparation of traffic management plans, risk assessments, and other relevant documents. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate the deployment of traffic control resources, including personnel, equipment, and signage. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the traffic control or construction industry for st least 2 years. Relevant qualification Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Knowledge of traffic management regulations and standards is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
