Regional Recruitment Manager - Southeast Asia

About the Role: The Regional Recruitment Manager makes a major contribution to VU's recruitment objectives by playing a lead role in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment plans in key assigned University markets. This role is responsible for ensuring that the strategies are in line with the University's international strategy and that they are delivered on time, to budget and to standard. This is a continuing full-time position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 8 classification and the salary range is $102,256 per annum - $115,153 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution. You will have: A relevant degree and extensive experience in a similar role Motivated, ambitious and results-drive team player who thrives in a busy environment Able to successfully meet targets, enjoy building relationships with a range of different internal and external stakeholders A strong relationship management style, with a proven record of developing and nurturing partnerships and pathways that deliver strong outcomes Proven experience and success in international student recruitment and marketing of educational services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties: An example of duties you may perform will include: Develop, implement and manage country, college and key partner recruitment plans to increase Victoria University's profile internationally Identify and maximise recruitment opportunities, working with key partners including agents, scholarship agencies and feeder institutions. Represent the University externally in carrying out a range of international business development and student recruitment outreach activities for assigned countries, both onshore and offshore.
