Registered Nurse - Perioperative Unit – LOCUM || QLD – Gladstone Job Type – Casual Ongoing Employment Regional, Rural, and Remote Deployments We’re looking for qualified and enthusiastic candidates who excel at working in teams but can also work autonomously. Seeking Registered Nurse in Queensland – Gladstone for the following dates: Contract Details: Dates: ASAP - 23.12.2023 Nursing Level: Nurse Grade 5 - RN Contract Hours per fortnight: 76 hours per fortnight Skills/Experience: Scrub/Scout or anaesthetic experience required Endoscopy IV Cannulation Perioperative Scout/Scrub Anaesthetic Nurse on call: Yes Drivers Licence required: Yes Operation hours: 0730-2030 – Monday to Friday – 5 day week with rotational call Accommodation & Travel: Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided – please note that accommodation cannot always be guaranteed on site Domestic Travel: Travel costs claimed are for travel within Queensland only Travel Day: One travel day Contract must include: All hours worked over and above rostered hours per shift will be paid and charged at the applicable overtime rate. The placement is for a rostered 76-hour fortnight and overtime will also be paid if worked hours are greater than 76 hours a fortnight Domestic Travel: $200 incl. GST each way provided for travel costs for start and completion of contract with tax receipts to be provided. Travel costs claimed are for travel within Queensland only. Travel Day: One travel day paid at AM rate to be claimed at start of contract only. This travel is to be paid based on actual travel time, a maximum of 7.6 hours can be claimed.
