The RN will generate a unique quality of clinical care to the residents, where gold standard of support from staff evolves within the facility. About the facility: This Aged Care facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team based in Albany, WA . The successful clinical nurse will work directly with residents of the care home and receive continued support throughout their journey. About the role: As a Registered Nurse, you will receive support from your Care Manager who will assist and advise you, contributing to your success within the role. The successful clinical nurse will be supporting an 50-bed facility caring for residents with Dementia, Respite and High Care support within a relaxed and homely environment.
