They are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their brand new Showroom on Collins Street. Who they are looking for: They are seeking a goal-orientated, self-starter, with a customer-centric approach along with a desire to help develop and grow the Brand in their stunning new showroom on Collins Street Melbourne. This is very much a consultative role rather than the more traditional transactional retail position. They want you to be able to relate to their customer, be a great listener and help create solutions that the they will be proud of for many years to come. About you: The ability to build relationships is critical. You will need to be very comfortable taking details and following up by phone, email and text to keep your customer informed along the journey. Some of their sales can take a while to reach a conclusion, therefore you will have a never give up attitude and a tenacity to keep pursuing opportunities and achieve targeted KPI's.
