Service Desk Analyst - required ASAP On-site working in Sydney CBD 6 Month Fixed Term Contract A global Law Firm are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Sydney CBD. The Service Desk Analyst will be working alongside a team of 6 people in Sydney, supporting 700 end users. Responsibilities include: Providing on-site support to end users across hardware, software and other devices Respond to support issues raised through first line calls, tickets and face to face queries Equipment set up such as PC's, laptops, mobiles and conference room equipment Communicate to various internal stakeholders Adhere to processes and documentation requirements Qualifications: Strong customer service experience is essential 2 years experience within Help Desk / Service Desk support Able to use O365, Active Directory, Intune Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and some software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
