Our client, a small yet innovative construction company are seeking a young, polished Site Manager to oversee their exciting portfolio of projects valued between 500k and 1M. Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. ? Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. ? Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards. ? Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications. ? Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests. ? Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards. ?
