About Goodstart Port Kennedy Goodstart Early Learning Port Kennedy is located across the road from Rockingham Lakes Primary School. Our centre has recently been rated an Exceeding centre, which is a tremendous award that we are extremely proud of. Several of our educators are bi- or multi-lingual, and share their native languages with the children as well as extending the hand of familiarity to children from similar backgrounds, promoting a sense of self and belonging.
